shops This is an Art Deco hand carved shell cameo brooch/collar pin. The metal is not gold but appears to be a plated copper or brass with some loss of plating. For me it doesn't detract from the piece, it shows the age and history. The pin catch and hinge date from the 1920's or later. The cameo is beautiful and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It will arrive in a black velvet pouch. Free shipping.
