This otter is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag.
It is 6 inches (15 cm) tall from fleece opening to bag bottom. It is 9 inches (23 cm) from top of head to tail end. It is 6 inches (15 cm) wide. The fleece opening circumference is 14 inches (36 cm). Inner bag depth is 5 inches (13 cm).

It comes with a black elastic cord and a black stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). There are 2 black loops to attach to a belt or clip. The inner liner material is white fleece. The fleece opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside for easy access.
