Mafex spider-man black suit is brand new. However there are some issues when I received the figure. the figure itself has shops never been touched or moved around the plastic is still in the waist. the issues are the alternate masked head and hands. Instead of receiving wall crawler hands without magnets I received another set of thwipping hands. There is also a small blemish on the alternate head's chin which can be seen in the picture. Besides these two issues the figure is brand new.
