Vintage GE General Electric P4970A 10-Band AM FM CB UHF Weather Short Wave Air PS Solid State Portable Radio Receiver WORKS! Tested on AM & FM functions only because I'm honestly not familiar enough with radios like this, but both bands worked great, got multiple stations with ease and clear sound! Works on batteries or electric power / AC or DC power. Tested on electric only as I don't have the right batteries available. Clean battery compartment - no corrosion. (Batteries not included.) Fully shops portable. Collapsible top handle. Some signs of age / wear but still overall good and functional. Sound is good! Some of the print is rubbed off around the volume dial. Top of the telescoping antenna has been broken off; antenna remains in collapsed position. Some of the small spaces around the handle and switches hold some dust. Generally good and solid, usable condition! Approx 11.5” long x 9” tall with handle laid flat / 11” tall with handle up and just over 4” deep. As-is, final sale.
