Absolutely nothing wrong with them to my knowledge. They just don't fit in my ears. I've tried every exchangeable size it came with, and they just fall out of my ears. I've had terrible luck when it comes to wireless earbuds because I can't find ones that fit my ears. But I've shops only used these two or three times and I could only keep them in by wearing a beanie. I got them as a replacement for my AirPods that also don't fit my ears, but as I've said, these didn't fit either. I don't have the booklet they came with, but I put the original charging cord back in the box and all the other sizes are in there as well. I cleaned them the best that I could. They're originally $200 on Amazon, on sale for $160, but honestly I just want to get rid of them. Will be packaged with care and shipped as soon as possible.
