Used. Is a lot of the police headquarters, includes an extra Police car and helicopter from different sets. Includes all original figures except for the dog. Includes most of the pieces except for a few small ones. Also includes the plant shops pieces but they aren't pictured. Most of the pieces are in good condition except a few white pieces are a little yellowed. Is missing most of the stickers for the Police station. Includes all of the 4 original instruction books but the smaller two are not pictured. Also one of the large instruction books is worn down and missing the cover. Does not include the original box.
