✨ Moss Agate helps correct imbalances between the left and right side of the

✨ White Howlite is an extremely calming and soothing stone. It is shops beneficial for
those who suffer with insomnia as it quiets the mind, helping one

For thousands of years, Malas have been used as a meditation tool by religious figures and common peoples alike. Use these meditation beads to count your mantras while meditating or to give yourself something to focus on during a deep breathing session. If you practice yoga, you can place the necklace at the top of your mat (on a scarf to limit floor contact) or wrapped around your wrist to set your intention into your session, allowing the Mala to absorb the energy as you focus on your movement.
