17x22 Frame (Approximate Size) Spandrel Oval Opening Ornate Dark Brown with Optional Glass and Custom Cut shops Matting

Very large frame! This frame is fairly lightweight newer composition. The frame is a spandrel - oval opening, rectangular outer, this one with scalloped outer shape.

The frame is very deep on the inside, see specs below. Also, PLEASE NOTE this frame is not exactly 17x22, see all specs below.

Frame is glass size 16 7/8" x 22 1/4". Inside depth is 1", The frame has a fairly wide overlap, 3/8" or so, measures on the inside opening closer to 16 1/4" x 21 1/2". Back where the glass sits is oval. Outside measurement of the frame is 22 1/2" x 28".

The frame can be purchased frame only with hanging hardware, an optional add-on is foam shops core backing with installed turn buttons OR flexi brads for easy assembly. This frame is very deep and will require multiple layers of foam board and cardboard to fill.

The frame can also be purchased without glass, or with regular glass. The glass price reflects the additional packaging and shipping weight required to safely ship without breakage, this is a large piece of glass. You may find it more cost effective to purchase inexpensive regular glass at a glass shop near you.
