Silver Plate Napkin Holders with Beaded Edge Design – shops set of 16

These napkin holders need polished and I found one with a scratch in the silver but they are otherwise shops in great condition. They are 6 dollars apiece.

I can't find a maker's mark on the set so I don't know who they are made by.

Each one measures 1 5/8” diameter x 1 1/8” tall
