Shops Organic Lines Sterling Earrings

While traveling in the wild country shops of Idaho this summer, I was inspired by the many braided rivers. These sterling silver earrings have organic lines that mirror each other that remind me of the Salmon, Selway, Lochsa, and Lemhi rivers! They were made in my Dinner studio by laying wire on sterling sheet and then run through a rolling mill. The lines are then darkened with a patina to accentuate them. They are simple and funky and can be worn everyday! They measure about 1 1/2 in (4 cm) from the ear wire to the base of the earring.
