This handmade jewellery is inspired by my photograph of the flowers of the idyllic offshore paradises of St Kitts and Nevis, Caribbean islands where stunning purple flowers offer a gorgeous complement to the sensational blues of the tropical waters which break against shops the islands' pristine shores.

Garnet is the birthstone for January and means eternity, truth & faith!

Kyanite's name arises from the Greek kyanos, meaning ‘deep blue'. A stunning, serene gemstone, it is said to bridge the gap between the heart and the mind.
