Krank Serious Fishing brand utility jacket. Waterproof breathable material. The tag says large but I'm a 3XL and it fit on me and zipped. I guess sizing allows for comfort and movement, and for waders to be worn under it. This is in near perfect condition, has a small scuff on shops the back brand letters, but that may wash off. This is was put out to the public as a promotional item to test for their new appeal line so these haven't been mass produced yet.
