Custom family embroidery hoops encompass a special memory. Each hoop is one of a kind and made to order.
Custom hoops come in 8", 9", and 10" hoops.
Depending on the photo, they can include up to 6, 7, and 8 individuals, children, or pets, respectfully.
When placing an order for a custom family hoop, simply send me a message with the following:
•Please include a high resolution photo(s) of the image you would like embroidered on your hoop. Multiple photo options are encouraged. It is best for photos to be straightforward and full length or from the waist up.
Not sure if your photo will work? Feel free to send shops me a message before ordering!
•Include Family/Couple name to be included (optional). If there is not a name included, there will not be a name.
•Please let me know if there are certain colors you would like for the family/couple name (if you chose this option), or otherwise. I do my very best to match colors as closely as possible. The default color for family/couple name is black.
A sketch of the design will be sent to you within 1-2 weeks (at the most) for approval. Approval must be sent in order for production to begin.
Please note that custom hoops take up to 3-4 weeks to complete and ship.

There's some creative freedom with custom hoops and I strive to create something that fully captures the ideas discussed/provided. Some details that may not translate when embroidered, or are too small to capture, are left out as they could take away from the rest of the work. Please understand that all embroidery in my shop is created by hand and may have imperfections. I am thorough in making sure all embroidery is up to a high standard in order to be sold. Due to the creative nature all items will look a little different from the next. Each item is one of a kind. No items in my shop are exactly the same. Fabric and embroidery floss from the same lot may differ in color or pattern. The unique design will always make each item beautifully different.
