The gen shops one has a totally functional screen, works fine, ready for you to Set up, not on iCloud, the get 2 has a cracked screen and a passcode on it. I don't know too much about that one, not the screen should be easy enough to fix. Both come with the charger, and the gen 1 comes in box. Thanks!.
