There is no copyright date, however the consensus is the 1920s for printing. These are soft wrap books shops and note the spine breaking from the cover on them.


This is in what I would call usable condition. There are signs of wear, on the spine, some ripping on the bottom of the pages, some stains, folding, writing inside, so NOT pristine.
