We acquired this from an estate with Victorian - 1940s jewelry and belt collections. We believe it is most likely a Victorian piece. Stamped Repoussé metal with stunning cobalt blue
glass stones. Center closing clasp. Perfect dress or sewing project embellishment. Beautiful color!!

This gorgeous piece would look so fabulous against a formal silk blouse, or as a project piece to be re-purposed as some amazing brooches!

The buckle measures approx. 4.5" length (end to end),
1 5/8" width.

Some edge and surface wear, shops this is a very old piece. Aged
to perfection with patina in all the right places.
