Vintage French Satin Finish Goldtone Minaudiere or Vanity Case with 3 Compartments circa 1930's 1940's shops

Up for sale a vintage French quite stylish matte textured goldtone metal minaudiere or vanity case with three compartments. I believe it dates to the 1930's or 1940's. The top of the case as a raised lattice work and stylized floral pattern. The bottom of the minaudiere has a design of overlapping incised lines forming a plaid pattern. The center compartment of the vanity case is domed and is meant to hold a lipstick. There is a compartment of shops the same size on either side of the lipstick compartment. One is meant for powder and has a mirror. The third compartment could hold a variety of makeup items. This minaudiere measures 1" x 4.75" x 3.125". On the edge of a compartment lid it is marked "Made in France". Good condition with normal signs of age, wear and use. Spot of wear to the mirror in one compartment. Free shipping.
