All my creations are made with patience, love and joy, from my heart. It was carefully shaped and textured out of silver precious metal clay, sanded to unique beauty, then fired to remove all impurities, and polished to a lovely shine.
Because each piece is handmade, no two pieces will be identical, and will have slight foibles.
The science of precious metal clay is over a century old, but the medium itself is young. Silver metal clay shops is composed of tiny particles of pure silver, mixed with a binder and water. It is shaped, then dried, and sanded to perfect smoothness; then fired to remove all impurities. After the firing, design continues, as areas are polished to a shine, and other areas are brushed, or sanded. The end result is a pure silver pendant.
Each order is specially packaged in an organic gift bag, with a story of it's origin and a polishing cloth, ready for gift giving, with a handwritten note from the artisan.
