Easy on knees and back!!!! This thing is great but I'm more of a Calisthetics kind of girl. Used maybe 50 times by me and my husband and 15 yr old son. This is in GREAT condition and has no damage or flaws other than the handle shown in picture looks a little cosmetically worn on top left of foam handle. Comes assembled, folded into position with pedals picked up and laid against it so they don't break during delivery and also the resistance knob is taped to back of seat. Also will add instructions.
