Antique Steel Pie Crimpers, Jaggers, shops Sold Separately

This is a group of four late 19th c. steel pastry jaggers, used to cut strips of pastry to top pies. They are sold separately. Each has a jagged wheel and decorated shaft with various tools at the other end. I am unsure what they were used for. Each has an aged surface with slight oxidation and each measure roughly 7" long.
