Originally published in the US in the same year. A retelling of the urban legend of shops the vanishing of a village at Angikuni Lake. This novel includes allusions and references to the work of H P Lovecraft, such as the suggestion of the ancient enemy being the god Nyarlathotep. An excellent example in its unclipped dust wrapper. Condition Report: In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally excellent with minor shelf wear only and a slight bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The dust wrapper is excellent and unclipped, with only minor shelf wear and a slight tide mark internally tot he wraps, not affecting the externals if not for a minimal cockling.
