Early edition of the Beocom 1000 telephone by Bang & Olufsen. Famous design in the tradition shops of Memphis Milano by Danish designers Lone and Gideon Lindinger-Loewy. This particular telephone was made around the end of the 80's, with later editions becoming less colorful.
Its slim shape and angular lines are off course typical for the design of Bang & Olufsen. The same can be said of the quality, both of the used materials and the workings of this telephone, which has amazing sound quality. It has a memory for storing 20 telephone numbers, while telephone conversations can also be put on the built-in speaker. It also has a note pad behind a small sliding panel.
The telephone is fully functional and remains in excellent condition, with only regular traces of use.
