Vintage blue berry dress clip. This thing is gorgeous. The glass is very shiny and has a very crisp color. There is a clip in the back with some prongs to help keep it in place but there's also a hoop to either transform this into a necklace or use it as a chatelaineThe scissors in mine are not included in the sale.
