Product code: RARE ! Sysco Restaurant Company Promotional Dish with shops Strawberry Waffle!
My aunt had this in her restaurant in the 70's so I'm assuming that it is at least 50 years old. I'm sure she got it from the salesman as a promotional piece for the Sysco brand of Syscoware. Twenty years ago when I opened my restaurant, she gave it to me! I am retired now and am getting rid of lots of stuff. Don't need this anymore. There is a crack at the top of the icecream scoop where the strawberry syrup was broken but has been shops glued back on. Don't really notice unless you look closely.
