Riptide shops

A wonderful painting of a riptide wave in the ocean on a beautiful day. It dates somewhere between the 50s to 70s. It is signed by Roy but I could not find anything about this artist. It is an excellent depiction of the beauty and the turmoil that lies within the ocean.
I charge a high handling fee shops due to the high cost of shipping art work. I will refund any extra after shipping.
