This is an American Girl Doll Grace custom! She has Molly eyes, a Kira bailey wig, and a little brown streak from her old “Grace” wig. I'm an adult collector, she does come from a pet friendly home. However, my American Girl Dolls are stored in a bedroom that they aren't allowed in. Smoke Free home. She doesn't have any notable marks besides a small shine mark above her eyebrow and a black mark on her knee. I'm sure both can be removed!
