“This is a suiting type fabric with a stiff drape which would be lovely for home decorating projects, pants, skirts, jackets, or historic costumes such as the “Sherlock Holmes” project shown as an example in our photos (NOT INCLUDED THIS LISTING IS JUST FOR PLAIN WHITE FABRIC AND NO EXTRAS). It's strong for making handbags or coverings. Excellent for beadwork or embroidery too. As shown in our photo, makes a gorgeous peplum, bustle, or bonnet with stiffeners.

This fabric is very much like a couteil in its density and weave, although more "floppy" than couteil. It would make good Regency soft and transitional corsets/stays perhaps.

It is a very tightly woven fabric with a weave like looks herringbone texture on the right side like a denim and a smooth back side so it's easy to tell front from back. You can just barely see through it, so it is a bit opaque. It is hard to photograph, so we will send you a sample for $3 postage on request. It is a very bright white towards blue (not at all ivory; more like a bleached bed sheet in color). It matches most of your bleached cotton lining fabrics and looks great with a black and white pinstripe. Our photos are much blue than it is in reality. The dress and reticule pictures are much more accurate

Very wide at 62” it would be good for a tablecloth, bedspread, or curtains. It is organic 100% cotton, new from the manufacturer from a smoke free environment. No cuts; full piece only.

This is “destash”, so we have included 2 pieces free in addition to the amount shown! One is a rectangle 32”x50” and the other a long 36” approximate x 12” piece and yet another is a rough triangle with bias cut (great for your edgings) about 36” also on the long edging. New and never washed nor used, though we took cuts from the end of the bolt to build our big project. Just bought way too much.

Care & Use:

This is 100% cotton and can shops be machine washed and ironed, but always test on back or inside first! Recommend spot cleaning to avoid ironing and use of a lint brush instead of washing
