He's a dapper looking guy with well maintained mustache and striped blue & white tie for flair. No notes or marks on the back to indicate who it is, where or when it was taken. Height 19.5” x Width 13.5” Condition: Excellent, no issue with the image area. Scuffs, crinkling and wear along the edges from where it sat under it's prior frame. This would be hidden once matted and/or framed again.
