Returns are allowed on UN-WORN, NON-PERSONALIZED items, within 3 weeks of receipt. I cannot allow returns on personalized jewelry unless there has been an error on my part. Any refunds issued will not include shipping charges.

Returned item/s MUST be received back in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please be careful to pack the item so as to avoid any damage.
If an item happens to break within six months of the purchase date, I will gladly repair the item. I will not charge for the repair and shipping.
