All orders are made fresh to order, I do not make my cookies in advance. Please assure I have availability in my schedule prior to placing your order.
I start working on orders the same or next day, so if you would like to cancel your order or make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping - I use USPS Priority Shipping which most often delivers between 2-3 days depending on your zip code. This allows your cookies to arrive to you as fresh as possible.
If box arrives damaged, please send pictures (BEFORE OPENING THE BOX) I can not submit a claim if the box is opened, to prove that it was damaged during arrival.


Due to the nature of my product there are NO REFUNDS
