Adorable black and purple tutu dress. Brand is Lip Service, size large. You can sinch the skirt up on both sides of the front and back. In great condition other then 1 of the front ribbons is damaged and is short so if you untie that side the ribbon will go up inside the channel and you'd have to fish it out again to tie it. You could easily attatch a new piece of ribbon to the end that's there and fix it.
