The way I play it I turn the turbo on when fighting boss most of the game I use the Panzer dragoon lock on shoot, which Burning Soldiers did it first. Burning Soldier is Japan version - since it was an arcade games everything is in English including the funny great voices. works on American consoles - This is how I played it.
