Ink light won't turn off, can't figure out why or what's the issue, replaced the print head still unsure. I'm sure someone who is knowledgeable about this can fix it no problem but I've been given the run around and just would like to make some of my money back shops from this purchase. Comes with paper and some ink. Replaced print head and ink cartridges.
