Dirty. I will clean it up before shipping. I will only clean it superficially for fear of damaging the lithos. It should be in shops more detail by the new owner. Incomplete. I saw no broken pieces. Paper lithos very good. I realize most of the accessories do not belong with the clubhouse, but I found it all together so I decided to include it all together. All of the figure accessories great. Other accessories not as nice. Revolving front door and red crank click. I rated it fair. It's better.
