Product code: Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link HP02 shops purifying heater + fan White/Silver remote
This is for a Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link™ HP02 purifying heater + fan (White/Silver) with remote. The fan/cool function works fine with air speeds 1-10. Remote works fine and shows minimal signs of wear. Device shows some scruffs from use but overall looks in good condition. Filter was replaced to try to fix the error code but did not work. Wi-Fi is able to connect. The heating function will start then after 30 seconds display a solid E error code and requires unplugging to reset. I can feel heat emanating from the device through the fan slits but there is no working fan speed with heat enabled. I assume it's shutting down the device to prevent overheating if the fan is not enabled. Was checked by a Dyson Service Center repair technician who said one of the PCBs (Printer Circuit shops Boards) needs replacing but that they are unable to source the part and the device is out of warranty. Can be salvaged into a working unit or sold for parts. Free Shipping!.
