Vintage 1940s black wool felt tilt hat, with black sequin trim and wide netting. It has a back loop-like band to hold the hat in place. Made by New York Creations. Marked a size 22. In good condition, with no holes or stains. There are a few small breaks in the netting, and there is some makeup residue on the inside shops. It has an interior circumference of 16.5" and a 2 3/8" tall crown.
