Rustic looking lace shawl handknit from pure/rough wool in beige color with pink stripes. The lace stitch pattern gives this stole light and airy look, and also makes the stripes wavy. The stripes themselves are irregular, they differ in width, color intensity and come whenever they want making the color scheme completely asymmetrical.
The yarn I used for this shawl is natural wool from Estonia dyed with environment friendly dye. At first it might seem a bit scratchy on a sensitive skin, but it gets softer with each washing.
This stole will make a great accessory for a rustic or woodland wedding.
