FISHER-PRICE shops - MY TALKING FRIEND LITTLE BILL Comes in original box. There are some condition issues with the box and the plastic has been torn open, but Little Bill is still wired into the box. Says 20 different phrases and place 2 exciting games. The box says it comes with 3 AA batteries. Little Bill is suppose to talk when you push his belly. This toy was put out in 2001.
