I used this in my home for about 2 months and then switched to Fiber and so this item works great, no problems, no wear and tear at all really shops, and I got 1.4GBS with Xfinity and that was my package limit so i'm sure it will go faster. Great modem......Love not paying monthly equipment rental fees to Comcast.
