Years ago, Lynn recieved a gift from her Aunt Jane-- a wooden frame with her original crewel artwork. The frame was of a heavier dark wood, & a gold trim was handpainted in as well to accent the bouquet of flowers. Over the years, Lynn kept the gift, it moved to each new home, and lived on her walls for decades. The avocado canvas highlighted brightly colored flowers of all sorts. Every inch of it shows personal effort & care by her shops aunt. The frame itself measures 14.5" inches by 17.5" inches, & appears to be handmade as well. The note was taped onto the back from Aunt Jane, & the frame shows the wear-- not the artwork it holds. The glass remains intact. The wood frame shows bumps, scratches, a spot or two of lost stain, & still is intact as well. Please see the photos for more details.
