Used! Used! Used! Do not buy this if you want new. This machine still works on the low setting perfectly fine. However, if you change it to the higher suction it last less than 30 seconds. I do not know how to fix it and the closest repair shop is nearly 2 hours away. It was easier for me to buy a new one. Also the debris storage bin is hard to open. You have to fiddle with it to get it to open to toss out the dirt. I usually have to take shops the red hand and slide it back and fourth several times to get the hatch to release.
