This offering is for a beautiful vintage kimono. I love this for Christmas wear! This has so many wearable options! Wear with long skirts, short skirts, dressy slacks, blue jeans, high heels, flats...the list goes on. Dressy enough for a wedding or casual with jeans. A friend's mother made this around the 1960's or 70's. This is gorgeous silk with beautiful tailoring. I have sewn for 30 years so I know the work that has gone into this piece. This is an iridescent textile and & was hard to get the exact color, but is is a beautiful deep red jacquard with little royal blue genie lanterns and a green asian design throughout. The lining is a bright fuchsia with an asian design. The fabric is very crisp. I wear a size 10 and this fits me. This would fit a bit larger size as it's very roomy or go a smaller size.
