NOT in perfect condition:
Imperfections include:
*There is a 10 1/2" dogear crease on upper right corner.
*3/4" splot of unknown origin (photo #3)
*Edge wear and a small instance of (1/16") chipping.
*3/4" dogeared corner on lower right.
*Scrapes on backside where adhesive tape was removed.
One positive is the fact that there are no tack holes.
