MEASUREMENTS: The hat will shops fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: felt, feathers, ribbon
LABEL: 'Lousols, Philadelphia'
Dark brown felt topper hat with gathers around the sides. Dark orange feathers lay flat on the top. Felt tabs on the back. Ribbon on the back with bow to help hold it in place.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. The ribbon strap was moved and re-stitched by hand.
