Vintage taxidermy duck European shops wigeon dabbling duck water bird stuffed mounted

Here is a wonderful vintage taxidermy duck, probably from the 1970s to 1980s.

This wonderful medium sized duck is I believe a European wigeon which is a type of dabbling duck, very nicely done is a standing position on strong oval wooden base. This came from one mans collection of taxidermy, with grey patch to beak and little patch of iridescent feathers to each side. In very good condition with only very minor signs of wear, please see all the photos as they are a true representation of the condition. A brilliant find for a taxidermy collector.
