Complete!! All pieces. All mini figures. Instruction manual. This has been owned by just myself. Purchased it brand new maybe 2 months ago and I just don't have the room for it. It comes 100% complete and includes all the extra pieces. Outer box has a little wear. The set won't be completely disassembled. For the most part it will be. Rather taken apart enough to fit into ziplock bags. I'll have each floor of the hotel in its own bag to help when you build it yourself. **Please note that I own a dog and a cat so there is shops the possibility that a few stray hairs might've gotten into the ziplock bags that I put the pieces in. Any questions please ask. This is a very cool set and a fun build! Just please be aware if you do have pet allergies or would be upset if there might be pet hair. I did my best to avoid that.
