The Blue Diamond Mountain Stud Earrings are handmade in my workshop in Frederick, Colorado. The earrings are cut out of sterling silver sheet. The design is created on a computer and laser engraved into the sterling sheet. The background of the engraving is darkened to show off the design. Two 1mm, round brilliant cut, blue diamonds* have been flush set into the silver just above the mountains, one diamond in each earring. Sterling silver earring posts have been attached to the back of the earrings and a sterling silver push back comes with each earring. The back of one of the earrings has been engraved with 925 (indicating sterling silver) and my maker's mark, VAD.
*The diamonds in these earrings are natural diamonds (mined from the ground), but have been treated to be blue. The treatment is not a coating. The treatment is permanent and will not come off. Feel free to contact me with more questions concerning color treated diamonds.
