A large, antique photo album of Washington D.C., featuring soft board covers and original images of famous landmarks like the White House and Washington Monument. This large book was originally sold around 1890-1900 as a souvenir and is a lovely example of Victorian photography. Undated edition

Soft cover paper boards with title and illustration to front. Bound at the spine with string, as typical of Victorian-era souvenir books. Some foxing present to pages within, and wear to boards that include chipping and tearing along the edges. Some folded corners, spots of staining and wear throughout.
