Ladies French black mohair felt wide brim hat with feathers.
Original interior label "Haute Mode Rozette Bourges". Grosgrain
ribbon interior with original chin strap in place. Black velvet
exterior band to add extra drama along with a beautiful wispy
black and white feather. Brim is wired for extra support.

Measures;
crown is about 1.5" height, brim is about 3.75" wide,
18" circumference . Size small. Hat size not marked.
