This is a fifth generation iPad in the color gold with a 128 shops GB capacity. I works well, but I recently got a new one and have no need for it anymore. There are a few minor scratches on the back and the corners have scuffs (if you plan to use a case you won't see it). One very faint scratch on the screen that you have to look for to notice.
